It's got a moving map, movies, and geo-triggered entertainment: audio, video, and photos. Put this book-sized unit in your aircraft, and it delivers great entertainment to your passenger’s devices via wifi.
The moving map is the number-one most requested visual asset for passengers. Yet many aircraft do not have one because of the weight and size of the servers. This is where GojiBox comes in. At a trim 12cm square x 5cm thick (5” square x 2” thick), it fits into the most compact cabins, and weighs just 1.2kg (2.6 lbs). Power consumption is also minimal, topping out at 50 watts.
The Navigator 2D and 3D interactive moving maps, an industry-leading solution from Airborne Interactive.
The only geotriggered radio show on Earth: when passengers put on their headsets, they hear a show about the people and places they are passing.
Geotriggered photos of every spot the plane flies, along with gorgeous 4K video, and updated info on places to visit, dine, and shop. With 5,000 POIs worldwide, it is a pageant of photos and video for passengers’ devices, or on 4K screens in the cabin.
With a terabyte of storage, GojiBox holds hundreds of movies that can be loaded by thumb drive.
Mount the small unit in an out-of-the-way place, connect it via Ethernet to the aircraft’s WAP, plug in to the 28 vdc power supply and the ARINC 429 data bus, and enjoy.
On your office computer, use our Content Loader to put media onto a thumb drive. On the plane, put the thumb drive in the GojiBox, and content automatically loads.
GojiBox connects to the Internet via LTE when it is on the ground, for updates of content and software.
Use your wi-fi system or ours. When passengers select wi-fi, the Goji Portal appears on their device. Because it’s HTML5, it plays on any browser.
